Eggless Nutella cupacke in Microwave (5minute)



Hello everyone looking something quick and easy dessert recipe for your love ones then why not try this fool proof 5minute microwave nutella cupcake. You are going to  love this because it is  so soft, fluffy and yummy that you cant stop ur self to eat it more. I made this and I love it so much that now it is become my one of the favourite recipe. Once you make you cant  believe how easy this was and it also surprise u when it come out perfect. So lets get started.

Preparation time : 5minutes
Cooking time : 5 minutes


Ingredients

Self raising flour - 1/2 cup
Nutella - 3tbsp
Powder sugar-1 cup
chocolate chips (optional)
Milk- 3/4 cup
Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
Vegetable oil -1/4 cup
Yogurt - 3tbsp


Method
  • First Grease a silicone microwaveable cupcake pan with a little oil and keep it a side.
  • For this recipe u can use hand mixer or simple spatulas to stir the ingredients.
  • In a mixing bowl First mix flour and sugar together
  • Then add all other ingredients and mix them properly until you have lump free batter.
  • Next pour the batter into each cupcake mould
  • Place it into microwave on full power for 5min.
  • Remove and check by putting a skewer in middle the cupcake,if it come clean it means it is done
  • Allow cupcake to stands for 5mins
  • Once it is cool enough then you can serve them along with ice cream.

Marrow chana curry



 
Curry dish is always favourite in all Indian dishes. In Indian resturants I have hardly seen someone not ordering any curry dish in a meal. So being Indian we tend to make curry of everything :). I came across a new veggie.. Marrow. Tried multiple ways but liked the curry dish prepared with Chana. So, here I am again with the dish I liked. The dish is on th spicy side so goes well with freshly prepared paratha. I really enjoyed this dish, very easy and quick to make. Now I can enjoy another vegitable in the way my family like. I would recommend this dish to try beacuse you won't be disappointed and it may become a regular in your house. So let gets started and learn how to make this delicous and amazing curry dish.


Preparation Time : 10 min
Cooking Time: 25 min

Ingredients:




Morrow - 1 medium size,chopped in a small cubes
Potato - 2 medium size, chopped in a small cubes
Chana - 1 cup (soaked overnight)
Tomato - 2 small,finely chopped
Green chilli - 3 to 4 as per u taste
Onion - 1 big ,finely chopped

Masala:


Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 3/4 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Bay leaves- 1 to 2
Cardimon- 2 to 3
Ginger garlic paste- 2tsp
Salt as per ur taste
Oil - 2 to 3 tsp

Methods:

  • In a pressure cooker add some oil and once the oil get hot add cumin seeds,bay leaves,cardimon
  • Once it turn red then add onion and stir it till it turn golden brown.

  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute it for few more second
  • Now add chopped tomato, salt and all the spices
  • Mix them well and cook on medium flame until tomato become soft and oil begins to separate

  • Then add chana and potato , stir it for 2 minutes.
  • Then add morrow and mix it well so that it properly coated with masala


  • Add water for a gravy and close the cooker lid and pressure cook for  4 whistles on high flame

  • Once it done then garnish it with fresh green corianders.
  • Serve it with hot paratha,chapati or rice and enjoy this delicious curry dish.
