Curry dish is always favourite in all Indian dishes. In Indian resturants I have hardly seen someone not ordering any curry dish in a meal. So being Indian we tend to make curry of everything :). I came across a new veggie.. Marrow. Tried multiple ways but liked the curry dish prepared with Chana. So, here I am again with the dish I liked. The dish is on th spicy side so goes well with freshly prepared paratha. I really enjoyed this dish, very easy and quick to make. Now I can enjoy another vegitable in the way my family like. I would recommend this dish to try beacuse you won't be disappointed and it may become a regular in your house. So let gets started and learn how to make this delicous and amazing curry dish.

Cooking Time: 25 min
Ingredients:
Morrow - 1 medium size,chopped in a small cubes
Potato - 2 medium size, chopped in a small cubes
Chana - 1 cup (soaked overnight)
Tomato - 2 small,finely chopped
Green chilli - 3 to 4 as per u taste
Onion - 1 big ,finely chopped
Masala:
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 3/4 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Bay leaves- 1 to 2
Cardimon- 2 to 3
Ginger garlic paste- 2tsp
Salt as per ur taste
Oil - 2 to 3 tsp
Methods:
- In a pressure cooker add some oil and once the oil get hot add cumin seeds,bay leaves,cardimon
- Once it turn red then add onion and stir it till it turn golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute it for few more second
- Now add chopped tomato, salt and all the spices
- Mix them well and cook on medium flame until tomato become soft and oil begins to separate
- Then add chana and potato , stir it for 2 minutes.
- Then add morrow and mix it well so that it properly coated with masala
- Add water for a gravy and close the cooker lid and pressure cook for 4 whistles on high flame
- Once it done then garnish it with fresh green corianders.
- Serve it with hot paratha,chapati or rice and enjoy this delicious curry dish.
