Chickpea Tomato Curry





Hello everyone today I am going to share with you a very spicy and delicious curry dish which is perfect for dinner. Chickpea is one of the favourite dish of my husband he love to eat it. So every weekend I make this dish and enjoy it with hot paratha or puri. I hope you all will try this recipe, so let’s get started  



Preparation time – 5min
Cooking time – 15min



Ingredient
Chickpea – 2cup (soaked overnight)
Chopped Tomato – 1 cup (or 2medium size)
Green chilli
Cumin seed – 1tablespoon
Bay leaves- 2 to 3
Black cumin seed – 1teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1teaspoon
Chana masala or garam masala – 3teaspoon
Coriander chutney- 3teaspoon
Salt as per taste

Method
Mix all the spices in a water to make a smooth paste and keep it as side 
 Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin seed, black seed and bay leaves
Then add chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste cooked it until it become soft. 
 Add masala paste and saute it for 5min  
 Then add chickpea and mix it well
Add coriander chutney ,salt and mix it well  
 Then add water to cover and cooked it on high flame till you get about 6 to 7 whistles in pressure cooker  
 Now reduce the flame to check the seasoning  
 Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with hot paratha aur puri.
