Hello everyone today I am going to share with you a delicious
and super tasty pulao.
I love rice and my meal doesn’t complete if there is no rice
in it. You can enjoy this pulao with raita or pickle. So lets get started.
Preparation time
– 10 min
Cooking time – 20
to 25 min
Ingredient:
Rice – 2 cup
Onion finely chopped -1 medium or small size
Capsicum finely chopped – 1 1 ½ cup
Curd – 1 cup
Green chilli – 3 to 4
Ginger garlic paste – 1 1 ½ tablespoon
Red dry chilli – 2 to 3
Mustard seed – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seed – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
Curry leaves – 5 to 6
Green coriander
Salt
Ghee – 3 to 4 tablespoon
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder – ½ tablespoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder- – 1 1 ½ teaspoon
(If you don’t like spicy then you can add chills as per your
taste)
Here I am using pressure cooker you can use pan but it will
take little time but doesn’t matter taste will not change.
Method:

In a bowl marinate capsicum with ginger garlic paste, onion, turmeric,
coriander ,cumin powder and some salt and then keep it a side
·
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add mustard
seed, cumin seed, curry leaves and red chilli , saute it for a min
·
Then add marinated capsicum saute it for 5 to 10min
·
Then add curd and mix it well
·
Then add rice again mix it well for a min and
cover up with water
·
Wait for 2 whistles
·
Garnish it with green coriander and serve it hot
