cashewnut cupcake




 Hello everyone here is my recipe for making the perfect, spongy, soft cashew nuts cupcake. If you love cashew nuts then definitely you will enjoy this recipe because this cupcake is so light and soft that it will melt into your mouth and it taste so good that it will become your favourite. Me and my family love to eat cupcake so for them I keep trying to make different flavour of cupcake without spending lots of time in kitchen. This is my go to cupcake and I like the combination of cashew nuts and nutella. So if you want a lovely light and fluffy cupcake then please follow my recipe.

Preparation time: 5min
Cooking time: 12 to 15 min
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line 12 muffin cups with paper liners, or butter or spray with a non-stick cooking spray.

Ingredient:
Melted Butter – ¼ cup
Egg – 1
Double fresh cream – ¼ cup
Self-rising flour- 1 cup
Powder sugar – 1cup
Cashew nuts powder – 1 cup
Nutella – 2 tablespoon
Milk – ¼ + ½ cup
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon



Method:

      In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer beat a butter and egg together until soft.
      Add cream and beat it about 1 to 2 min
      Add sugar and vanilla extract and beat it until light and fluffy.
      Then alternatively add flour, cashew nut powder , nutella and milk
      Fill the 12 muffin cups with the batter and bake for about 12 - 15 minutes or until a toothpick           inserted into a cupcake just comes out clean.
     Remove from oven and let it to cool completely.
   Your cupcake is ready to eat  so enjoy this cupcake with your friends and family. please dont forget to comment.
