Coconut cupcake






Hello everyone once again I am going to share with you a super simple chewy cupcake recipe, if you love the flavour of coconut then you will definitely going to love  this  recipe. So enjoy this soft cupcake with a big mug of tea .Let’s get started

Preparation time: 5min
Cooking time: 12 to 15 min
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line 12 muffin cups with paper liners, or butter or spray with a non-stick cooking spray.

Ingredient:
Melted Butter – ¼ cup
Egg – 1
Double fresh cream – ¼ cup
Self-rising flour- 1 cup
Powder sugar – 1cup
Coconut powder – 1 cup
Milk – ¼ + ½ cup
Chocolate chips (optional)



Method:

      In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer beat a butter and egg together until soft.
         Add cream and beat it about 1 to 2 min
         Add sugar and beat it until light and fluffy.
        Then alternatively add flour, coconut powder and  milk
        Fill the 12 muffin cups with the batter and bake for about 12 - 15 minutes or until a toothpick   inserted into a cupcake just comes out clean.
        Remove from oven and let it to cool completely.
  (Note: you can add chocolate chips in your batter after placing it in a cupcake and then bake it)
