Spinach green pea curry





Spinach green pea curry:
Hello everyone today I am going to share with you a super quick and easy spinach recipe. This curry recipe is a delicious way to eat more greens and your kids will love it to. Fresh spinach can work for this recipe. If you are making this recipe for kid then you can avoid green chilli and spicies. So lets get started.

Preparation time -13 min
Cooking time – 15 min
Ingredients:
Spinach puree – 1 cup
Boiled green pea – 2cup
Garlic – 5 to 6 big cloves
Garlic – 1 to 2 inch
Green chilli – 3 to 4 (or as per your taste)
Cumin seed – 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder- 2 teaspoon
Medium size Tomato – 1
Curd – 2 ½ cup
Salt
Fresh cream for garnish
Oil

Method:
·         Boiled some spinach in microwave for 5 min and make a puree by adding garlic, ginger ,green chilli and keep it a side
·         In same  spinach water boiled green pea  for 3 to  4 minute I have taken frozen pea and then keep a side, don’t throw the water
·         Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed. Then once cumin seed change its colour add chopped tomato and saute it until it become soft
·         Then add green pea mix it well and saute it  a min
·         Add spinach puree along with some water and let it cook for 5 min at high flame
·         Add all the spicies and also add salt as per you taste .let it cook for a 5min
·         Then add curd and let it cook for 2min
·         Served it by garnishing with cream and enjoy it with puri or paratha.
(Note: You don’t have to cook spinach and green pea for a long time because it is already boiled and cooked)
