This muffins are good for those who are health conscious but love to eat baking items ,it is also ok for diabetic peoples because instead of adding sugar I have use sweetener. You can serve this muffin to you kids they will love it because it is very soft and tasty. The best part of this muffins are that you can do lots of variation to it .You can enhance the flavour of this muffins by adding chocolates chips,nuts etc. Even though you can decorates it with icing if you want.So give it a try and lets get started.
Preparation time : 5min
Cooking time: 12 to 15 min
Serve 12 muffins
Ingredients
Self raising f lour - 2cup
Sweetener - 1/3 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1cup
Vegetable oil or melted butter - 1/4 cup
Egg - 1
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degree F and grease the muffin pan with some butter and keep it as side.
- In a bowl first add all the dry ingredients properly.
- Then add one by one other ingredients and mix the batter until moist.
- Fill the muffin pan with batter.
- Bake it for 12 to 15min or until it turn slightly brown. You can check it with toothpick.Don't over cook otherwise it will turn hard.
