Coffee Choco Chips Cake

Hello everyone welcome back to my blog. Today I am super excited to share my new cake recipe.  I made this cake for a family gathering and it was a huge hit so I decided to share with you all. This cake is so soft and spongy that everyone loved it and it looked amazing. If you are someone who love coffee and want to try something different but like to have the flavour of coffee then you must definitely try this yummy and delicious cake.Even the dessert dislikers loved it too. Best part  of this cake is that you can make it in microwave in just 8min.So try this easy and impressive dessert for the whole family and don't forget to share your experience with me

Preparation Time- 5min
Baking Time -8min

Ingredients:


Self Raising Flour - 1 cup
Vegetable oil- 1/3cup
Powder Sugar- 1/2cup
Coffee powder- 1tablespoon
Milk- 1/2cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1teaspoon
White chocolate chips- 1/2 cup or more as per your choice

Method:
  • Place a baking sheet on a microwavable bowl and keep it aside
  • Mix coffee powder in a warm milk and keep it aside.

  • Then in a mixing bowl  mix  self raising flour and powder sugar.

  • Next add oil, coffee mix milk and warm water one by one.
  • Mix it well so that there is no lumps and batter should be smooth
  •  Once the batter is ready add vanilla extract and mix it again.
  • At last add white chocolate chips and mix it well again.
  • Pour the batter into the bowl and bake it in microwave for 8min
  • Check the cake by inserting the skewer into the centre of  cake,if it come clean then it is ready.
  •  Remove the  cake from the Microwave and let it get cool before removing them from the bowl.
  • Now cake is ready to serve. Cut them into the slice  and enjoy it

Peanut Butter Loaf cake with dates and walnut


Welcome back to my blog. Today I am going to share with you all a recipe which is very easy to bake and delicious to eat. A peanut butter loaf cake with the topping of lots of walnut and dates.This will be great recipe if you are planning to invite someone for a tea party and want to serve something different. This loaf cake will definitely win and loved  by your friends and family. Preparation time:10min
Baking Time: 45 to 50 min

Ingredients:
Self Raising Flour- 1 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1 cup
Vanilla Extract- 1 teaspoon
Chopped Walnut and dates- 1 cup
Peanut Butter- 1/2 cup
Egg- 2
Milk- 1/2 cup
Melted Butter- 1/2 cup

Method:
  • Place a baking sheet on loaf pan and keep it aside
  • Then in a mixer add egg,butter and mix it well.
  •  Once its mix then add peanut butter and again mix it.
  • Now its time to add all the dry ingredients.
  •  Mix them so that  there is no lumps and batter should be smooth.
  • Now your loaf cake batter is ready and its time to mix all the dates and walnuts

  • Once it is done, pour the batter to loaf tin and  its ready to go into oven


  •  Place the loaf tin in the centre of oven and bake it for 45 to 50 min until it golden brown. In between you can check it whether it is baked or not because every oven is different.
  • Check the loaf cake by inserting the skewer into the centre of loaf cake,if it come clean then it is ready.
  • Remove the loaf cake from the oven and let it get cool before removing them from the tin.

  • Now your peanut butter loaf cake is ready to serve. Cut them into the slice and Enjoy it with the cup of tea and coffee.

Microwave Eggless Brownie



Hello Everyone welcome to my blog. Today I am sharing a recipe which is loved by everyone specially kids, it is eggless choco chips brownie.It is  simple, quick and delicious,don't even need a mixer.You can make this in microwave in just 10min with simple ingredients.This brownie is so soft and chewy that you will definetly going to try this again and again.You can serve this brownie as it is or you can top it with your favourite ice cream to give extra flavour. Good thing is that it can be stored in the fridge  for 2 to 3 days and It will not become hard. But I am sure it will not going to be in fridge for long because no body can stop themself by taking one more slice in plate.
So lets get started..

Prepartion time :5 min
Baking time :8min

Ingredients:


Self Raising Flour: 1 cup
Powder Sugar :1 cup
Vegetable oil:1 cup
Milk : 1 cup
Coco Powder: 3table spoon
Vanilla extract: 1table spoon
Choco chips: 1/2 cup

Method:
  • First place a baking sheet on microwavable tray  and keep it a side
  • Then in a mixing bowl take all the dry ingredients self rasing flour,powder sugar,coco powder mix them properly.
  • Then add all liquid ingredients one by one and mix them nicely.

  • Once the batter is ready then add choco chips and mix it again

  •  Now pour the batter in a baking tray and place them in microwave for 10 min on medium high.
  • After 10 min remove it  and check by putting a skewer in middle the brownie,if it come clean it means it is done

  • Allow Brownie to stands for 15mins
  • Once it is cool enough then cutt the browine into small pieces in whatever shapes and size you want.

  • Then sprinkles some powder sugar on the top of brownies.

  • Now your brownie is ready to serve.
