Swing roll (3 Ingridents)



Hello friends I hope you guys are enjoying reading my blog .Today recipe is something special for me because this is my all time favourite recipe which me and my whole family  love to eat again and again. If you are looking for some sweet but don't want to spend lots of time then this recipe perfect for you because you can make this roll in just 12min without any efforts with simple ingredients.It is super crunchy and mouth watering recipe for someone who love to eat nutella but those who don't like nutella they can skip this with any other flavour spread they like. So try this and give a special treat to yourself and your family.I promise that you are going to love it .So lets get started

Preparation time - 3min
Cooking time - 10 to 12 min

Ingredients

Self raising flour - 1 cup
Cream - 1/2 cup
Nutella/chocolate spread of your choice

Method:
  • In a mixing bowl mix flour and cream together to form a nice dough.
  • Then place the dough on a baking sheet and cover it with other sheet
  •  With the help of rolling pin flat the paste as thin as you want.
  • Then spread the nutella all over it and now you are ready to roll
  • Roll it nicely to cover spread by using the paper. 
  • Then keep it a side for 15min in freeze and let it to be set.
  • After that cut it into slices and lay it into a baking tray.
  • Place it in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 min or until it turn slightly golden brown.
Enjoy this roll with hot cup of tea or coffee...

Blueberry muffins ( Perfect for kids)


Hello friends, Thanks for visiting my blog again.Today I am going to share with you  a super easy , quick and a great way to use blueberry. This recipe is must for all blueberry lovers. You can decorate it with whipping cream just to give some extra flavour if you want but they taste heavenly even without icing. . This can be best sunday breakfast muffin if you feel bore and want some healthy then this is the one which you can try. Perfect for children lunch box and birthday party. Try this great and yummy recipe I am sure everyone in your family  will enjoy and it  will become  their all time favourite. Please let me know how it turned out for  you. So lets get started..



Preparation time : 5min
Cooking time: 12 to 15 min
Serve 12 muffins

Ingredients

Self raising f lour - 2cup
Sweetener - 1/3 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1cup
Vegetable oil or melted butter - 1/4 cup
Egg - 1
Blueberry - 1/2 cup ( or as per your  choice)

Method:
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degree F and grease the muffin pan with some butter and keep it as side.
  • In a bowl first add all the dry ingredients properly.
  • Then add one by one other ingredients and mix the batter until moist.
  • Once the batter is ready then add blueberry and mix it well.
  • Fill the muffin pan with batter.
  • Bake it for 12 to 15min or until it turn slightly brown. You can check it with toothpick.Don't over cook otherwise it will turn hard.

No sugar muffins



Hello Friends, thanks for visiting to my blog again. I hope you all have a very lovely time trying out new recipes. Today I am going to share a very simple but perfect tea time muffins. This muffins are good for those who are health conscious but love to eat baking items ,it is also ok for diabetic peoples because instead of adding sugar I have use sweetener. You can serve this muffin to you kids  they will love it because it is very soft and tasty. The best  part of this muffins are that you can do lots of variation to it .You can enhance the flavour of this muffins by adding chocolates chips,nuts etc. Even though you can decorates it with icing if you want.So give it a try and  lets get started.

Preparation time : 5min
Cooking time: 12 to 15 min

Cumin cookies (4 Ingridents)




Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog again. I hope you all  enjoy reading my blog and my recipe. Today once again I am going to share with you all a very easy and delicious cookie recipe which you will love to make.  I love experimenting with the ingredients and end up with most amazing recipe of salty and crunchy cookies,  made only with 4 ingredients. One thing is sure it tastes so GOOD!!!! .My family absolutely love them and prefer to enjoy it with  tea or coffee.They are so good that they will go in no time at all.This cookie dough is ideal for rolling out and using cutters to create the cookies of your choice.So what you all are waiting for  lets get started.

Preparation time : 5min
Cooking time:12 to 15 min

Ingredients

Self Raising flour - 1 cup
Cream - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (or as per your taste)
Cumin seed - 1 1/2  tablespoon

Method
  • Preheated the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C, gas mark 4). Line  a  trays with baking parchment and keep it aside.
  • In a mixing  bowl mix all the ingredients to form a nice smooth dough.
  • Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about 0.5cm.
  • Cut out the cookies with cookie cutter and transfer to baking sheet.
  • Bake them for 12 -15 minutes until it turn golden. When they are cooked leave them for 15 minutes on the tray then transfer to a cooling rack.

Cheese muffins ( For diabetic)








Hello everyone welcome once again to my blog. Today's recipe is something special beacause I made this for my mum on her birthday, they turned out to be super delicous and yummy. My mum love it and I was really happy that she could enjoy muffin and encourage me to share this crunchy, salty muffin with you all. This is an excellent laternative recipe for diabetic people. You can enjoy this muffins for breakfast or general snacking along with tea or coffee or simply on its own. It is not too dry not too moist. The best part  of this recipe is that you dont require any mixer just mix everything together to form a batter. So what you all are waiting for go on and give them try. Makes 12 muffins
Preparation time: 5min
Cooking time: 20 to 25 min

Ingredients

Self raising flour - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1tbsp
Salt -1/2tsp
Grated cheese - 2cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1
Butter - 1/4  cup
Black pepper
Paprika or grated cheese  to spinkle on top.

Method
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter and dust with flour a muffin tray or line with paper cups and keep it a side.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • Stir in the cheese and black pepper. 
  • In another bowl mix the yogurt with milk, egg and melted butter.
  • Fold the liquid into the flour mixture. 
  • Spoon mixture into the muffin cups. Sprinkle paprika and grated cheese on tops.
  • Baked it until  a toothpick comes out clean.
( Note: you can use cream as an alternative to yogurt )

Creamy muffin ( Kids special )


Hello everyone welcome to my blog again. Today  I am going to share with you a most delicious and easy creamy muffin  which is made only with 4 ingredients and without any mixer. It is perfect for kids because it is not too sweet nor to heavy I am saying this because my baby enjoy it alot. It is perfect for last minute dessert or when you have a craving to eat some creamy yummy cake  that just cant wait then this  muffin will be a big hit. I hope that after reading this  you will definetly go to your kitchen to make this simple muffin .So lets get started.

Preparation time : 5 min
Cooking time : 10 to 15 min

Ingredients

Egg - 1
Self raising flour - 1 cup
Thickened cream - cup
Powder sugar - 1/3 cup

Method:
  • Preheat your oven at 180 degree and spray some butter or oil in your muffin tray and keep it a side
  • In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together with spoon and once it combine then put it into a mini muffin tray.
  • Bake it for 10 to 15 min and once it done ,let them cool for 5 to 10 min.

Coco Cashew





Hi friends welcome to my blog  today I am going to share with you a very delicious,light and tender cookies made only with  few ingredients.I love to bake and cook  a lot in my spare time. I have made these cookies and it turned out great very buttery so I have decided to share this recipe with you all .It is easy to make and very yummy. They are very nice with a hot cup of tea or coffee.I recommend to try it.If you enjoy this recipe then please let me know in the comment below.

Preparation time : 5min
Cooking time: 12 min

Ingredients
  
Egg - 1
Selfraising flour - 1cup
Powder sugar - 1/2 cup
Cashew powder - 1 cup
Nutella - 2 tablespoon
Butter - 2 tablespoon


Method:
  • Preheat your oven at 180 degree
  • In a bowl beat egg and sugar together ,you can use hand mixer or simply by hand.
  • Add one by one dry ingredients , mix it well to form a dough .
  • Then roll the dough into walnut size ball and press the ball with spoon to give nice look.
  • Then place cookies into baking tray and bake it for 12 min or until lightly browned at edge.
  • Allow cookies  to cool on baking tray for 5 min before removing it from tray.
  • Store cookies into air tight container .
