Oats Chilla ( 3 Ingredients)



Hello everyone today I am going to share with you a very quick and healthy recipe made only with 3 ingredients. If you feel bored by eating regular paratha and chapati then this recipe  is perfect.  I have made this chilla for my baby and she enjoyed  a lot. Adding  green chili and garlic will enchance the taste even more. You can eat it with any chutney or with sauce at breakfast time or you can try it with dry potato sabzi at dinner time. I am sure everyone will love to eat this nutritious and tasty hot chilla So Lets get started...


Preparation time - 2 min
Cooking time - 5 min


Ingredients:

Oats - 2 cups
Spinach Puree - 1 cup
Water - 2 to 3 cup to make a batter
Salt (optional)


Method:

  • Grind oats along with spinach puree into smooth batter adding just enough water to grind the oats .The consistency of the batter should be that of a pancake (do not add to much water).
  • Now heat a non stick tawa or frying pan ,then turn the heat on medium flame,put little oil on tawa and spread 1 serving spoonful of  batter evenly on it.
  • Let it cook ,put some more oil on the top and turn it upside down.
  • Let it brown and crispy from both side.
  • Press the chilla while turning it upside down so that spinach cook properly.
  • Repeat same with rest of the batter.
  • Serve it hot and enjoy ..

Choco beans Cupcake



Hello everyone today's recipe is super simple and so tasty that you cant stop yourself from making it again and again for your love ones. It requires minimal effort and it  turns so soft and puffy that  even surprise yourself. I really enjoyed after trying this recipe and when my family gave a thumbs up I decided to share it. I hope you all will like it  as much as me and my family .So lets get started.

Preparation time : 10 min
Cooking time : 18 to 20 min

Ingredients:

Egg -1
Self raising flour - 1 cup
Melted butter - 1/3 cup
Milk - 3/4 cup
Powder sugar - 1/2 cup
Nutella - 1 cup
Chocolate beans

Method

Preheat your  oven at 180 degree (F) and line a 12 hole cupcake tin with cupcake cases.
In a mixing bowl beat  melted butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy.
Then add egg and mix it well together
Then alternatively add flour ,nutella and milk, mix it together until it combines.
Spoon the mixture  into the cupcake cases and spread  some chocolate beans in each cases as much as you want.


Bake for approximately 18 to 20 min  or until  a skewer comes out clean.Then leave cupcake to get  cool .
Store it in a air tight container and eat it within 3 to 4 days.
