Cumin cookies (4 Ingridents)




Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog again. I hope you all  enjoy reading my blog and my recipe. Today once again I am going to share with you all a very easy and delicious cookie recipe which you will love to make.  I love experimenting with the ingredients and end up with most amazing recipe of salty and crunchy cookies,  made only with 4 ingredients. One thing is sure it tastes so GOOD!!!! .My family absolutely love them and prefer to enjoy it with  tea or coffee.They are so good that they will go in no time at all.This cookie dough is ideal for rolling out and using cutters to create the cookies of your choice.So what you all are waiting for  lets get started.

Preparation time : 5min
Cooking time:12 to 15 min

Ingredients

Self Raising flour - 1 cup
Cream - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (or as per your taste)
Cumin seed - 1 1/2  tablespoon

Method
  • Preheated the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C, gas mark 4). Line  a  trays with baking parchment and keep it aside.
  • In a mixing  bowl mix all the ingredients to form a nice smooth dough.
  • Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about 0.5cm.
  • Cut out the cookies with cookie cutter and transfer to baking sheet.
  • Bake them for 12 -15 minutes until it turn golden. When they are cooked leave them for 15 minutes on the tray then transfer to a cooling rack.

Cheese muffins ( For diabetic)








Hello everyone welcome once again to my blog. Today's recipe is something special beacause I made this for my mum on her birthday, they turned out to be super delicous and yummy. My mum love it and I was really happy that she could enjoy muffin and encourage me to share this crunchy, salty muffin with you all. This is an excellent laternative recipe for diabetic people. You can enjoy this muffins for breakfast or general snacking along with tea or coffee or simply on its own. It is not too dry not too moist. The best part  of this recipe is that you dont require any mixer just mix everything together to form a batter. So what you all are waiting for go on and give them try. Makes 12 muffins
Preparation time: 5min
Cooking time: 20 to 25 min

Ingredients

Self raising flour - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1tbsp
Salt -1/2tsp
Grated cheese - 2cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1
Butter - 1/4  cup
Black pepper
Paprika or grated cheese  to spinkle on top.

Method
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter and dust with flour a muffin tray or line with paper cups and keep it a side.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • Stir in the cheese and black pepper. 
  • In another bowl mix the yogurt with milk, egg and melted butter.
  • Fold the liquid into the flour mixture. 
  • Spoon mixture into the muffin cups. Sprinkle paprika and grated cheese on tops.
  • Baked it until  a toothpick comes out clean.
( Note: you can use cream as an alternative to yogurt )
