Hello everyone today the recipe which I am going to share with u all is not very sweet but it is very crunchy and delicious.You can enjoy this crunchy biscuit either dipping in chocolate or in hot cup of tea or coffee,it taste yummy. Well I am talking about my new experiment peanut butter crunchy biscuit made only will 4 ingredients. The best part of this recipe is that there is no egg, no butter and u don't need any mixer. My baby is always ready to have this biscuit she love it and always ask me to have some more. So let's begin.
Preparation time : 5min
Cooking time: 15 min
Ingredients:
Self Raising flour - 1 cup
Cream for making dough
Peanut butter - 1/2 cup
Condense milk - 1 cup
Method:
- First preheat your oven at 180 degrees and line a parchment paper on baking tray and keep it a side
- Next in a bowl take a peanut butter and microwave for 30 sec.
- Next add condense milk in it and mix it well until it combine together,then keep it as side
- In a another bowl take flour and make a nice dough by adding cream in to it.
- Then divide the dough into two and roll them into 2 chapati - not too thick not too thin
- Then generously spread peanut butter on top of one chapati
- Then put another sheet on it covering the peanut butter completely
- Then slice them in multiple pieces
- Then place it on the baking tray and bake it for 15min till it turn slightly brown.
- Once it done take them out of the oven and place the biscuits on wire racks so that they cool completly.
- Now it is ready to serve..
