Strawberry Swiss Roll

Hello everyone welcome to my blog I hope you all  are enjoying your days and cooking delicious meals for your friends and family. Today I am going to share with you a recipe with only 3 ingredients. Whenever I make it  at home it always come out  nice. I can't say enough about this roll! It is fantastic, it is easy to make, it tastes incredible, and everyone LOVES it. It is great served by itself or with warm tea or coffee. I think this will be perfect for a sanck  party and also in  a lunch box if you fancy sweet with meal. This is a recipe that cannot go wrong, just follow all of the steps as written. I have great fun while making this crunchy  roll I hope you  all have too. Preparation time – 5min
Cooking time – 12 to 15 min

Ingredients:

Self-Rising Flour – 1 cup
Full Cream – ½ cup + 2 Tbs
Strawberry Jam



Method:

  • In a mixing bowl mix flour and cream together to form a nice dough.
  • Then place the dough on a baking sheet and cover it with other sheet
  •  With the help of rolling pin flat the paste as thin as you want.


  • Then spread the strawberry jam all over it and now you are ready to roll


  • Roll it nicely to cover spread by using your hand. 



  • Then keep it a side for 1hr in freeze and let it to be set.
  • After that cut it into slices and lay it into a baking tray.
  • Place it in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 min or until it turn slightly golden brown.

Banana muffins





I think eating same breakfast make you feel bored so it is better to keep on trying something new.Today I am once gain sharing with you all another breakfast muffin which is  simple and healthy for your family. My family means lot to me and their health is very important so I always try experimenting new things as they always ready to eat something new and tasty. No matter it turn good or bad but if you try making something from your heart then definitely it will be wonderful.Today Recipe is something which I make specially  for my baby. She love eating banana so I have decided why not to make banana muffins. I made this and it was so soft and tasty that my baby say muma yummy ilove it. She is such a sweetheart so I have decided to share this recipe with you all. You can add sugar and cream if you want that is optional.I hope you all enjoy this wonderful ,light and fluffy muffin in your breakfast with hot or cold cup of tea or coffee.  Preparation time:5 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Served 16

Ingredients:
Self  raising flour- 2 cup
Mashed Banana- 2
Egg -1
Milk- 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup (optional)
Cream  - 1/2 cup ( optional)
Vanilla Extract- 1 tsp
(Note : If you are adding cream then milk should be 1/2 cup )

Method:
  • Preheat your  oven at 180 degree and line a 12 hole cupcake tin with cupcake cases.
  • Then in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients one by one and mix it together until it combines and form smooth batter.
  • Then Spoon the mixture  into the cupcake cases and bake for approximately 10 to 15min  or until  a skewer comes out clean.
  • Then leave cupcake to get  cool and serve to your friends and family.

Swing roll (3 Ingridents)



Hello friends I hope you guys are enjoying reading my blog .Today recipe is something special for me because this is my all time favourite recipe which me and my whole family  love to eat again and again. If you are looking for some sweet but don't want to spend lots of time then this recipe perfect for you because you can make this roll in just 12min without any efforts with simple ingredients.It is super crunchy and mouth watering recipe for someone who love to eat nutella but those who don't like nutella they can skip this with any other flavour spread they like. So try this and give a special treat to yourself and your family.I promise that you are going to love it .So lets get started

Preparation time - 3min
Cooking time - 10 to 12 min

Ingredients

Self raising flour - 1 cup
Cream - 1/2 cup
Nutella/chocolate spread of your choice

Method:
  • In a mixing bowl mix flour and cream together to form a nice dough.
  • Then place the dough on a baking sheet and cover it with other sheet
  •  With the help of rolling pin flat the paste as thin as you want.
  • Then spread the nutella all over it and now you are ready to roll
  • Roll it nicely to cover spread by using the paper. 
  • Then keep it a side for 15min in freeze and let it to be set.
  • After that cut it into slices and lay it into a baking tray.
  • Place it in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 min or until it turn slightly golden brown.
Enjoy this roll with hot cup of tea or coffee...

Blueberry muffins ( Perfect for kids)


Hello friends, Thanks for visiting my blog again.Today I am going to share with you  a super easy , quick and a great way to use blueberry. This recipe is must for all blueberry lovers. You can decorate it with whipping cream just to give some extra flavour if you want but they taste heavenly even without icing. . This can be best sunday breakfast muffin if you feel bore and want some healthy then this is the one which you can try. Perfect for children lunch box and birthday party. Preparation time : 5min
Cooking time: 12 to 15 min
Serve 12 muffins

Ingredients

Self raising f lour - 2cup
Sweetener - 1/3 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1cup
Vegetable oil or melted butter - 1/4 cup
Egg - 1
Blueberry - 1/2 cup ( or as per your  choice)

Method:
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degree F and grease the muffin pan with some butter and keep it as side.
  • In a bowl first add all the dry ingredients properly.
  • Then add one by one other ingredients and mix the batter until moist.
  • Once the batter is ready then add blueberry and mix it well.
  • Fill the muffin pan with batter.
  • Bake it for 12 to 15min or until it turn slightly brown. You can check it with toothpick.Don't over cook otherwise it will turn hard.

No sugar muffins

This muffins are good for those who are health conscious but love to eat baking items ,it is also ok for diabetic peoples because instead of adding sugar I have use sweetener. You can serve this muffin to you kids  they will love it because it is very soft and tasty. The best  part of this muffins are that you can do lots of variation to it .You can enhance the flavour of this muffins by adding chocolates chips,nuts etc. Even though you can decorates it with icing if you want.So give it a try and  lets get started.

Cumin cookies (4 Ingridents)




Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog again. I hope you all  enjoy reading my blog and my recipe. Today once again I am going to share with you all a very easy and delicious cookie recipe which you will love to make.  I love experimenting with the ingredients and end up with most amazing recipe of salty and crunchy cookies,  made only with 4 ingredients. One thing is sure it tastes so GOOD!!!! .My family absolutely love them and prefer to enjoy it with  tea or coffee.They are so good that they will go in no time at all.This cookie dough is ideal for rolling out and using cutters to create the cookies of your choice.So what you all are waiting for  lets get started.

Preparation time : 5min
Cooking time:12 to 15 min

Ingredients

Self Raising flour - 1 cup
Cream - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (or as per your taste)
Cumin seed - 1 1/2  tablespoon

Method
  • Preheated the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C, gas mark 4). Line  a  trays with baking parchment and keep it aside.
  • In a mixing  bowl mix all the ingredients to form a nice smooth dough.
  • Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about 0.5cm.
  • Cut out the cookies with cookie cutter and transfer to baking sheet.
  • Bake them for 12 -15 minutes until it turn golden. When they are cooked leave them for 15 minutes on the tray then transfer to a cooling rack.

Cheese muffins ( For diabetic)








Hello everyone welcome once again to my blog. Today's recipe is something special beacause I made this for my mum on her birthday, they turned out to be super delicous and yummy. My mum love it and I was really happy that she could enjoy muffin and encourage me to share this crunchy, salty muffin with you all. This is an excellent laternative recipe for diabetic people. You can enjoy this muffins for breakfast or general snacking along with tea or coffee or simply on its own. It is not too dry not too moist. The best part  of this recipe is that you dont require any mixer just mix everything together to form a batter. So what you all are waiting for go on and give them try. Makes 12 muffins
Preparation time: 5min
Cooking time: 20 to 25 min

Ingredients

Self raising flour - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1tbsp
Salt -1/2tsp
Grated cheese - 2cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1
Butter - 1/4  cup
Black pepper
Paprika or grated cheese  to spinkle on top.

Method
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter and dust with flour a muffin tray or line with paper cups and keep it a side.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • Stir in the cheese and black pepper. 
  • In another bowl mix the yogurt with milk, egg and melted butter.
  • Fold the liquid into the flour mixture. 
  • Spoon mixture into the muffin cups. Sprinkle paprika and grated cheese on tops.
  • Baked it until  a toothpick comes out clean.
( Note: you can use cream as an alternative to yogurt )
