Rainbow cookies ( 4 Ingredients)





Hello everyone welcome back to my blog. Today's recipe is something which I want you all to try definitely. It is so easy and so tasty that it will going to be big hit in your family. They are the perfect go to cookie recipe and so delicious that you cant stop yourself to make it again and again. I discovered this recipe roughly 1 weeks ago and it became popular in my family, on popular demand I am sharing this recipe for my friends. Well you can make lot of variations using this as a base recipe. So try this amazing yummy cookies at home using just 4 simple ingredients. Preparation Time -5min
Cooking Time - 12 to 15min


Ingredients


Self rising flour - 1cup
Rainbow sprinkle - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Cream


Method
  • Preheat the oven to 200 C . Grease baking trays or line with parchment.
  • In a mixing bowl mix all the dry ingredients together.
  • Then add cream little at a time and make a smooth dough.You can put some oil in your hand in order to make it smooth.
  • Keep the dough in freeze for 1 hr 
  • After 1hr give shape to your cookies as you want and lay them on baking tray.

  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the edges are lightly toasted. Cool on baking trays for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Creamy Gulab Jamun ( 5 Ingredients)





Hello everyone today I am very excited to share this recipe with you all beacause this is something which we prefer to eat very regularly. And you all will definetly going to enjoy it because todays recipe is - "Gulab Jamun" which I am sure everyone love to eat. Making Gulab Jamuns is not complicated, with few and simple ingredients you will able to make this soft and creamy dessert.  I say it creamy beacause instead of  using milk I have used full fat cream. I have made this  number of times and my family love it. Try this perfect pleasant treat  for visitors and kids. It will be Fantastic if you serve them warm with ice cream. So lets get started...


Preparation : 5min
Cooking time: 15 min


Ingredients

Self Raising flour - 1 cup
Milk powder - 2 cup
Full Cream ( for making dough)
Sugar - 4 cup
Water - 6 cup
Cardimon - 3 to 4 ( optional)

Method:

For Syrup
  • In a pan add water, sugar and cardimon together and wait for a boil and stir until sugar get dissolve. Heat the sugar solution till it become sticky once it done switch off the flame and keep it a side.
For Gulab jamun Dough
  • In a mixing bowl mix milk powder and flour together and add cream in that to form a soft dough. It should not be too dry nor too sticky. Once it done keep it a side for 10 min
  • Heat oil in a pan on medium flame while oil is getting hot ,make smooth small ball with dough.
  •  Reduce the flame to low and add the ball in oil.
  • Fry them until they become golden ,stir them often 
  • Once it done add them into the sugar syrup and let them soak in the sugar syrup for atleast 1-2 hours.
  • You can serve them hot or cold.

 Hello everyone today I am going to share with you a very lovely, yummy and Simple recipe which is so easy to make that you will try it again and again. I think if you are a beginner or if you are making with children then this will be  perfectly a good basic recipe to start because I  guarantee you this recipe will turn perfect at first attempt only.They smelled great when they  came out of the oven. You can say it is one bowl recipe. My husband  always ask me to make this cookies this is his  favourite cookies .He dip this cookies into melted chocolate to get extra taste so you  can also try this. I hope you all will love this chewy delicious cookies and always keep this 5ingredients in your hand to serve for  your unexpected guess  or to give special treat to your love ones. So lets get started....


Preparation time: 5min
Cooking time:12 to 15min


Ingredients



Self raising flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1
Salty peanut - 1 cup


Method:
  • Grind peanut into a mixer and keep it a side.
  • Preheat your  oven at 200 degree and grease some oil or butter into a baking  tray  and keep it aside .
  • Then in a mixing bowl  whisk egg, sugar and butter together for 2 minutes.
  • Then add all the dry ingredients into the mixture and mix them properly 
  • It will be sticky so put oil into your hand and Roll into balls.
  • Then drop each ball into a prepare baking tray 

  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven.


  •  Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes  completely before serving.

Strawberry Swiss Roll

Hello everyone welcome to my blog I hope you all  are enjoying your days and cooking delicious meals for your friends and family. Today I am going to share with you a recipe with only 3 ingredients. Whenever I make it  at home it always come out  nice. I can't say enough about this roll! It is fantastic, it is easy to make, it tastes incredible, and everyone LOVES it. It is great served by itself or with warm tea or coffee. I think this will be perfect for a sanck  party and also in  a lunch box if you fancy sweet with meal. This is a recipe that cannot go wrong, just follow all of the steps as written. I have great fun while making this crunchy  roll I hope you  all have too. Preparation time – 5min
Cooking time – 12 to 15 min

Ingredients:

Self-Rising Flour – 1 cup
Full Cream – ½ cup + 2 Tbs
Strawberry Jam



Method:

  • In a mixing bowl mix flour and cream together to form a nice dough.
  • Then place the dough on a baking sheet and cover it with other sheet
  •  With the help of rolling pin flat the paste as thin as you want.


  • Then spread the strawberry jam all over it and now you are ready to roll


  • Roll it nicely to cover spread by using your hand. 



  • Then keep it a side for 1hr in freeze and let it to be set.
  • After that cut it into slices and lay it into a baking tray.
  • Place it in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 min or until it turn slightly golden brown.
