Eggless Nutella cookies in just 12 minute




Hello everyone today I am going to share with you a one bowl recipe - eggless nutella cookies which is  very easy and very tasty even it smells amazing too .This recipe is easy to follow and made in a very short amount of time.In fact this is the recipe which everybody in your family will adore it. I made this for my friends & family and I got really a good feedback so decided to share with you all.I hope you all  will also enjoy this lovely crunchy cookies. So lets get started and please dont forget to share you view and suggestion because that encourage me most.


Prepartion Time : 10 min
Cooking Time : 12 min

Ingredients
Self Raising Flour - 2 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Powder sugar - 1cup
Vanilla Extract - 1tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Nutella - 3 tbs
Milk - 1/3 cup ( need to binding the dough)

Method:
  • Peheat your oven at 180 degree celsius.
  • Place a baking sheet on baking tray and keep it a side.
  • Then in mixing bowl mix  butter, powder sugar,salt ,nutella and  vanilla extract all together until it combine.
  • Then add flour and mix it properly 
  • If it seems that it cant be mix more then add some milk and again mix it well until it turn ito a nice dough.


  • Next put some oil/butter in your palm and make a small ball from dough and lay it on the baking tray.

  • Then press the ball with any flat surface it could be the bottom of glass or plate .

  •  Bake the cookies for 12  minutes or until lightly golden.

  • Let them cool completely on wire rack and then enjoy it with your friends and family along with hot cup of tea or coffee.

Eggless Nutella cupacke in Microwave (5minute)



Hello everyone looking something quick and easy dessert recipe for your love ones then why not try this fool proof 5minute microwave nutella cupcake. You are going to  love this because it is  so soft, fluffy and yummy that you cant stop ur self to eat it more. I made this and I love it so much that now it is become my one of the favourite recipe. Once you make you cant  believe how easy this was and it also surprise u when it come out perfect. So lets get started.

Preparation time : 5minutes
Cooking time : 5 minutes


Ingredients

Self raising flour - 1/2 cup
Nutella - 3tbsp
Powder sugar-1 cup
chocolate chips (optional)
Milk- 3/4 cup
Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
Vegetable oil -1/4 cup
Yogurt - 3tbsp


Method
  • First Grease a silicone microwaveable cupcake pan with a little oil and keep it a side.
  • For this recipe u can use hand mixer or simple spatulas to stir the ingredients.
  • In a mixing bowl First mix flour and sugar together
  • Then add all other ingredients and mix them properly until you have lump free batter.
  • Next pour the batter into each cupcake mould
  • Place it into microwave on full power for 5min.
  • Remove and check by putting a skewer in middle the cupcake,if it come clean it means it is done
  • Allow cupcake to stands for 5mins
  • Once it is cool enough then you can serve them along with ice cream.

Marrow chana curry



 
Curry dish is always favourite in all Indian dishes. In Indian resturants I have hardly seen someone not ordering any curry dish in a meal. So being Indian we tend to make curry of everything :). I came across a new veggie.. Marrow. Tried multiple ways but liked the curry dish prepared with Chana. So, here I am again with the dish I liked. The dish is on th spicy side so goes well with freshly prepared paratha. I really enjoyed this dish, very easy and quick to make. Now I can enjoy another vegitable in the way my family like. I would recommend this dish to try beacuse you won't be disappointed and it may become a regular in your house. So let gets started and learn how to make this delicous and amazing curry dish.


Preparation Time : 10 min
Cooking Time: 25 min

Ingredients:




Morrow - 1 medium size,chopped in a small cubes
Potato - 2 medium size, chopped in a small cubes
Chana - 1 cup (soaked overnight)
Tomato - 2 small,finely chopped
Green chilli - 3 to 4 as per u taste
Onion - 1 big ,finely chopped

Masala:


Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 3/4 tsp
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Bay leaves- 1 to 2
Cardimon- 2 to 3
Ginger garlic paste- 2tsp
Salt as per ur taste
Oil - 2 to 3 tsp

Methods:

  • In a pressure cooker add some oil and once the oil get hot add cumin seeds,bay leaves,cardimon
  • Once it turn red then add onion and stir it till it turn golden brown.

  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute it for few more second
  • Now add chopped tomato, salt and all the spices
  • Mix them well and cook on medium flame until tomato become soft and oil begins to separate

  • Then add chana and potato , stir it for 2 minutes.
  • Then add morrow and mix it well so that it properly coated with masala


  • Add water for a gravy and close the cooker lid and pressure cook for  4 whistles on high flame

  • Once it done then garnish it with fresh green corianders.
  • Serve it with hot paratha,chapati or rice and enjoy this delicious curry dish.

Peanut Butter Choco Chips Loaf Cake


Hello everyone welcome to  my blog again. Today I am going to share with u all my new loaf cake recipe which are perfect for choco chips lovers.This cake is made up of peanut butter and full of choco chips.They are tender,moist and simply divine.You can freeze them and give treat to your friends and family anytime  even you can give this cake into you kids lunch box by putting some nutella spread on it which make it more tasty and yummy. So try this cake recipe at home and enjoy it with cup of tea and coffee.

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 40 to 45 min


Ingredients



Self Raising flour - 2cups
Caster sugar - 1 1/4 cups
Butter - 1/2 cup
Egg - 2
Peanut butter- 1 cup
Chocolate chips- 1 cup
Vanilla extract - 1/4 teaspoon
Milk- 1/2 cup


Method:
  •  First line and grease loaf tin with baking paper and keep it a side
  • Then in a mixing bowl mix together butter and sugar until light
  • Then add egg,vanilla extract and beat them well 
  • Next add flour and whisk it again until fully combined and smooth alternatively with milk.
  • Then pour the mixture into loaf tin and bake it for 40 to 45 min or until skewer come out clean 

  • Once it bake let them cool for 10 min in the tin 
  • Then remove the cake from tin and let them cool 

  • Cut into pieces and ready to serve.

  • You can spread nutella on it to give extra flavour.

Peanut butter crunchy biscuit( 4 Ingredients)



Hello everyone today the recipe  which I am going to share with u all is not very  sweet but it is very crunchy and delicious.You can  enjoy this crunchy biscuit either dipping in chocolate or in hot cup of  tea or coffee,it taste yummy. Well I am talking  about my new experiment peanut butter crunchy biscuit made only will 4 ingredients. The best part of this recipe is that there is no egg, no butter and u don't need any mixer. My baby is always ready to have this biscuit she love it and always ask me to have some more. So let's begin.

Preparation time : 5min
Cooking time: 15 min

Ingredients:

Self Raising flour - 1 cup
Cream for making dough
Peanut butter - 1/2 cup
Condense milk - 1 cup


Method:
  • First preheat your oven at 180 degrees and line a parchment paper on baking tray  and keep it a side
  • Next in a bowl take a peanut butter and microwave for 30 sec.
  • Next add condense milk in it and mix it well until it combine together,then keep it as side


  • In a another bowl take flour and make a nice dough by adding cream in to it.

  • Then divide the dough into two and roll them into 2 chapati - not too thick not too thin
  • Then generously spread peanut butter on top of one chapati

  • Then put another sheet on it covering the peanut butter completely

  • Then slice them in multiple pieces

  • Then place it on the baking tray and bake it for 15min  till it  turn slightly brown.
  • Once it done take them out of the oven and  place the biscuits on wire racks so that they cool completly.
  • Now it is ready to serve..

Super Simple Pistachio Cookies (5 ingredients)


Hello everyone looking for some wonderful and delicious cookies then this is for you. The similar cookies are generally costly in the supermarkets but most of the time little sweeter to my taste. So decided to prepare them at home. This is yummy and crunchy cookies to go at tea time. It turned out delicious and finished within 2 days .This recipe is absolutely amazing to go for . It require only 5 ingredients and it is so  easy and fast that you will going to enjoy  it. Give them a try  and let me know how it went for you.

Prepartion time - 10 min
Cooking time - 15min

Ingredients

Self Raising flour- 1 3/4 cup
Powder sugar- 1 cup
Vanilla extract- 1/2 tbs
Butter -  1cup
Egg - 1
Pistachio - 1/3cup +1/4 cup





Method:
  • Preheat  your own to 350 fahrenheit degree (180 C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep it a side.
  • Next in a mixing bowl mix butter and sugar until it combine .
  • Add egg and vanilla extract and mix it properly.
  • Then add flour and mix until everything combine together.
  • Lastly add  Pistachio and mix it again until it form a nice dough.

  • Put some oil  or butter in your palm and make small ball with dough and place them on baking tray.

  •  Then place the tray in oven and bake them for just 15 min.

  • Once it done switch off the oven and leave the tray in it for 5 min before taking them out.
  • After 10 min take them out and place the cookies on wire racks so that they cool completly.

  • Now it is ready to serve.

Peanut butter coco flavour cruncy cupcake


Hello everyone continuing on my Passion to tryout new things. Today's recipe is common and a craved anytime food for toddlers. My little one  love to eat  cup cakes and sometimes even tries to help me prepare them :'). Though she is very young to actually do anything except cheer me up to make these. Cup cakes requires very few ingredients and preparation is also easy enough to follow. I like cupcakes with chocolate spreads or icing. I generally  use vanilla flavour for cupckes so icing / jams / spreads of any sweeter flavour goes well with this cupcake. For anyone trying it for the first time, I can say that once you get the consistency right it will be easier than preparing typical evening snacks. So treat yourself with this lovely recepie and let me know how you got on with this. Any feedback to improve the contents is highly appreciated or can simply post your experience with cooking.

Preparation time - 5min
Cooking time - 35 to 40 min
Serve - 16

Ingredients:

Self raising Flour - 1 cup
Condense milk - 1 can (200 ml)
Egg - 1
Melted Butter - 1/2 cup
Peanut butter - 2 ice cream scoop
Coco flavour crunchy - 1/ 3cup
Vanilla extract -1 tbs (optional)

Method:
  • Preheat your own to 180°C (fan 160°C, gas mark 4).Line a 12 section bun or muffin tray with paper cake cases.
  • Then in a mixing bowl or in food processor add egg, butter,condense milk,selfraising flour,vanilla extract ,peanut butter all together and beat it until it smooth.
  • Then at last add coco flavour cruncy in it and mix it .
  • Now your batter is ready.Fill each case of muffin tray with batter using spoon .

  • Place them min a oven and bake it for 30 to 40 minute until they are light brown .

  • Once it done then take them out of the oven and  let them cool for 10 min.

  • You can decorate it with icing if u want or enjoy it as it is.

Cranberry nut mix loaf cake

Preparation time - 10 min
Cooking time - 35 to 40 min

Ingredients


Self Raising flour - 1 cup
Egg - 3
Cranberry mix nut - 1/3 cup
Vanilla extract - 1tbs
Salt - 1tbs
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Melted Butter - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/3 cup

For this recipe you can use electric mixer or hand mixer.

Method:

  • Preheat your oven at 180 C for 5 min.Grease and flour a loaf tin
  •  In a mixing bowl mix melted butter and sugar well 
  • Then add egg,vanilla extract,salt ,milk and mix it well 
  • Next add self raising flour in two part so that there are no lumps. 
  • Once you mix the flour then add cranberry mix nut and mix it properly 
  • Now your batter is ready
  • Pour the batter in the greased pan  and bake it for  35 to 40 min
  • Once it done take a tooth pick and insert it at the centre of loaf cake if it come out clean then your cake is ready

  • Let it cool for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  • After 10 min slice the cake into pieces and served it to your love ones

  • You can store it into a air tight container for durability.

Broccoli Manchurian




 Hello everyone I am back with another yummy and tasty recipe which is going to be a biggest hit at ur dinner table.  I am talking about Broccoli manchurian which is a tempting and mouth watering  appetizer prepared in tomato,chilli and soya sauce.You can enjoy this appetizer with hot paratha,rice or noodles. Preparation Time : 5min
Cooking Time : 20 min


Ingredients

For Batter



Plain Flour - 1/2 cup
Cornflour - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper- 1/4 teaspoon
Water

For Sauce


Tomato ketcup - 1/2 cup +1/4 cup
Green/Hot Chilli sauce - 1 Tablespoon
Soya sauce - 1/2 Tablespoon
Garlic chilli sauce (optional)
Green chilli - 3 to 4
Garlic - 7 to 8 cloves
Spring onion - 2
Oil for frying  


Method
  •  Mix plain flour,corn flour ,salt and black pepper together .


  • Then  add water  little by little and stir to make a batter. Make sure that batter is not too thick or not too thin, it should be similar to dosa batter.


  • Next Coat broccoli pieces well with batter and deep fry until broccoli is a slightly golden brown color.

  • Heat oil in a medium not stick pan and add garlic,green  chilli and spring onion. Saute it untill it is slightly golden brown.
  • Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and salt as per taste.
  • Stir continuous and cook for a minute.Then add some water and wait for one boil.
  • Then add deep fried broccoli in the sauce and mix it well for 1 to 2 min on high flame.
  • Serve hot either with paratha,rice or noodles .
