Hello everyone today I am going to share with you
a very simple but very delicious and soft loaf bread recipe. This is
perfect for even those who love to do baking but are struggling to make an impression. I enjoy the cake slices with tea or coffee with family and friends. My daughter loved this which made it even more special to me.
Preparation time – 5min
Cooking time – 30 to 35min
Ingredients:
Egg -1
Self-rising flour- 1 cup
Condense milk – 1 cup
Cashew nut paste- 1 cup
Melted Butter-1/2 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon (optional)
(Note: soak cashewnut in a water for overnight and grind it. I like the paste to be little coarse which gives a good texture and taste to the cake.)
Method

Preheat your oven at 180 degree

Prepare a loaf tray by greasing and
lining with baking paper and keep it a side
·
In a large mixing bowl, beat together
the egg and sugar until you get a soft consistency
·
Add cashew nut paste and condense milk
and beat it well.

Pour the mixture into tray and bake in
the centre of oven for about 30 to 35 min or until golden and risen.

Turn the bread out of the tins and
leave to cool completely on a wire rack. For best results, remove the baking paper
a few minutes after the bread has cooled.
Cut into a thick slices and serve it with tea or
coffee.
