Cheese muffins ( For diabetic)








Hello everyone welcome once again to my blog. Today's recipe is something special beacause I made this for my mum on her birthday, they turned out to be super delicous and yummy. My mum love it and I was really happy that she could enjoy muffin and encourage me to share this crunchy, salty muffin with you all. This is an excellent laternative recipe for diabetic people. You can enjoy this muffins for breakfast or general snacking along with tea or coffee or simply on its own. It is not too dry not too moist. The best part  of this recipe is that you dont require any mixer just mix everything together to form a batter. So what you all are waiting for go on and give them try. Makes 12 muffins
Preparation time: 5min
Cooking time: 20 to 25 min

Ingredients

Self raising flour - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1tbsp
Salt -1/2tsp
Grated cheese - 2cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1
Butter - 1/4  cup
Black pepper
Paprika or grated cheese  to spinkle on top.

Method
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter and dust with flour a muffin tray or line with paper cups and keep it a side.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • Stir in the cheese and black pepper. 
  • In another bowl mix the yogurt with milk, egg and melted butter.
  • Fold the liquid into the flour mixture. 
  • Spoon mixture into the muffin cups. Sprinkle paprika and grated cheese on tops.
  • Baked it until  a toothpick comes out clean.
( Note: you can use cream as an alternative to yogurt )

Creamy muffin ( Kids special )


Hello everyone welcome to my blog again. Today  I am going to share with you a most delicious and easy creamy muffin  which is made only with 4 ingredients and without any mixer. It is perfect for kids because it is not too sweet nor to heavy I am saying this because my baby enjoy it alot. It is perfect for last minute dessert or when you have a craving to eat some creamy yummy cake  that just cant wait then this  muffin will be a big hit. I hope that after reading this  you will definetly go to your kitchen to make this simple muffin .So lets get started.

Preparation time : 5 min
Cooking time : 10 to 15 min

Ingredients

Egg - 1
Self raising flour - 1 cup
Thickened cream - cup
Powder sugar - 1/3 cup

Method:
  • Preheat your oven at 180 degree and spray some butter or oil in your muffin tray and keep it a side
  • In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together with spoon and once it combine then put it into a mini muffin tray.
  • Bake it for 10 to 15 min and once it done ,let them cool for 5 to 10 min.

Coco Cashew





Hi friends welcome to my blog  today I am going to share with you a very delicious,light and tender cookies made only with  few ingredients.I love to bake and cook  a lot in my spare time. I have made these cookies and it turned out great very buttery so I have decided to share this recipe with you all .It is easy to make and very yummy. They are very nice with a hot cup of tea or coffee.I recommend to try it.If you enjoy this recipe then please let me know in the comment below.

Preparation time : 5min
Cooking time: 12 min

Ingredients
  
Egg - 1
Selfraising flour - 1cup
Powder sugar - 1/2 cup
Cashew powder - 1 cup
Nutella - 2 tablespoon
Butter - 2 tablespoon


Method:
  • Preheat your oven at 180 degree
  • In a bowl beat egg and sugar together ,you can use hand mixer or simply by hand.
  • Add one by one dry ingredients , mix it well to form a dough .
  • Then roll the dough into walnut size ball and press the ball with spoon to give nice look.
  • Then place cookies into baking tray and bake it for 12 min or until lightly browned at edge.
  • Allow cookies  to cool on baking tray for 5 min before removing it from tray.
  • Store cookies into air tight container .

14 min Almond Sweet ( 4 Ingredients)



In just 14min and  only with 4 ingredients you are going to enjoy this super soft and moist almond barfi.
This is really  a rich treat  which your family will like and those who have  a craving for different  dessert then this is for  them. I have made it many times and every attempt resulted in tastier sweet. My family has loved this sweet and have requested to share this dish online. Preparation Time:2min
Cooking Time :12 min


Ingredients:

Almond powder-2 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1/3 cup
Cinamon Powder -1/4 teaspoon

Method:
  • Dissolve sugar ,water and cinamon powder in a pan and heat it for 2 to 3 min  or once it started boiling turn heat to medium flame and cook it again once the syrup reaches a one thread consistency.
  • Then add almond powder mix it well so that no lumps form.
  • Keep on cooking on medium flame for 5 to 7 min and stir continously
  • After that turn off  the flame as almond paste is ready.
  • Now it time to give it a shape.
  • Grease the  butter paper and place the paste on it 
  •  Then cover it with other paper and with the help of rolling pin flat the paste as thin you want.
  • Then cut it into a shape whatever you like I use cookies cutter .
  • Even though you can simply make small ball from the paste by greasing some ghee or  butter in your palm .

Paneer Toast Roll



Looking for a perfect tea time snack then this is the one dish you all will love. This is soft and golden toast stuffed with paneer and coated with egg.This  awesome receipe is perfect for kids. You can enjoy it with any tomato or chilli sauce.The best part of this recipe is that you can keep this roll in freeze and when your guest are coming you can simply fry this roll by dipping it in egg and serve it hot. So give it a try and  lets get started


Prepation time : 2 min
Cooking time : 5min

Ingredients

6 to 8 Slices of sandwich bread
Egg - 2
Butter for frying
Grated Paneer for filling
Milk - 1 tablespoon
Black pepper
Salt as per taste
Chilli flakes (optional)

Method:
  • Remove the crusts from the slice of bread and keep it as side
  • In a bowl whisk the egg,salt and  keep it a side.
  • Roll the bread flat with the help of rolling pin
  •  In a bowl mix grated paneer ,salt,blackpepper together and spread it on the flat bread.
  • Roll the bread and press it tightly while rolling so that it should not open.
  • Heat oil or butter in a pan and place bread roll on a pan  by diping it into egg.
  • Fry it at medium flame until it turn into golden brown .
  • Serve it hot with any sauce and enjoy it.

Oats Chilla ( 3 Ingredients)



Hello everyone today I am going to share with you a very quick and healthy recipe made only with 3 ingredients. If you feel bored by eating regular paratha and chapati then this recipe  is perfect.  I have made this chilla for my baby and she enjoyed  a lot. Adding  green chili and garlic will enchance the taste even more. You can eat it with any chutney or with sauce at breakfast time or you can try it with dry potato sabzi at dinner time. I am sure everyone will love to eat this nutritious and tasty hot chilla So Lets get started...


Preparation time - 2 min
Cooking time - 5 min


Ingredients:

Oats - 2 cups
Spinach Puree - 1 cup
Water - 2 to 3 cup to make a batter
Salt (optional)


Method:

  • Grind oats along with spinach puree into smooth batter adding just enough water to grind the oats .The consistency of the batter should be that of a pancake (do not add to much water).
  • Now heat a non stick tawa or frying pan ,then turn the heat on medium flame,put little oil on tawa and spread 1 serving spoonful of  batter evenly on it.
  • Let it cook ,put some more oil on the top and turn it upside down.
  • Let it brown and crispy from both side.
  • Press the chilla while turning it upside down so that spinach cook properly.
  • Repeat same with rest of the batter.
  • Serve it hot and enjoy ..

Choco beans Cupcake



Hello everyone today's recipe is super simple and so tasty that you cant stop yourself from making it again and again for your love ones. It requires minimal effort and it  turns so soft and puffy that  even surprise yourself. I really enjoyed after trying this recipe and when my family gave a thumbs up I decided to share it. I hope you all will like it  as much as me and my family .So lets get started.

Preparation time : 10 min
Cooking time : 18 to 20 min

Ingredients:

Egg -1
Self raising flour - 1 cup
Melted butter - 1/3 cup
Milk - 3/4 cup
Powder sugar - 1/2 cup
Nutella - 1 cup
Chocolate beans

Method

Preheat your  oven at 180 degree (F) and line a 12 hole cupcake tin with cupcake cases.
In a mixing bowl beat  melted butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy.
Then add egg and mix it well together
Then alternatively add flour ,nutella and milk, mix it together until it combines.
Spoon the mixture  into the cupcake cases and spread  some chocolate beans in each cases as much as you want.


Bake for approximately 18 to 20 min  or until  a skewer comes out clean.Then leave cupcake to get  cool .
Store it in a air tight container and eat it within 3 to 4 days.
